Text message signature...is it possible?

I have a Samsung Fascinate and I'd like to add a "signature" to my text messages.  Something simple like my name would be great.  That way if I send a text message to someone that does not have me in their phone I won't get a return message saying "who is this?".  Your help is appreciated!

 I don't think there is any way to do that in the stock messaging application at this point. Maybe there is an app that will let you, or maybe in 2.2 there is?
