I do not get any error messages and it is random when the texts get

delayed. I was sitting at lunch right now and friend texted me and it took

10 min for a response to get received.

That is way to long of a wait! I am determine to help speed things up. Does this tend to happen in a particular location? Indoor or outdoor? Provide us your billing zip code to review your coverage area.

It happens both indoor and outdoor. I have tried to delete all old text

messages using the Verizon app and the standard one with the note 3. I have

done both a factory and soft rest. My billing zip code is 33547
