Text messages out of order

So I recently seemed to be having an issue with my message plus. I will send a message to an individual and when they reply, their message goes before the message I sent.  This goes on for the entire conversation. So at the end all of my sent messages or at the bottom and all of the replies are before them. Makes it very hard to follow the conversation. Any suggestions on how to fix this

I had a text conversation going today and everything was in order.  I went back to the conversation a few minutes later and all  the messages are now out of order.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and messenger plus.

How can I fix this? Thanks!

I had the same exact thing happen today on my S21 Ultra. Messages are all mixed up.

I know I would be puzzled if my messages were out of order. We are here to help figure this out. What messaging app are you using? Have you tried restarting your phone?
