Samsung Galaxy Note 10+
Time zone continuously changes on my phone. This started with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 around November. I purchased the new phone thinking it would solve the problem but it has not. I have done every troubleshooting step I could find, including Google and talking to a Verizon Wireless representative. I can change my phone to a manual time but I use my phone a lot for business and I travel a lot. It does me no good if it does not switch over automatically when I cross time zones. Additionally I use my phone as an alarm, so you can imagine how frustrating that is and that I cannot use it any longer for fear of being late. Please help!
PS: my phone is up-to-date and I can see this is not a new issue, as several others have reported the same thing.
