I dropped my Galaxy S III sch-1535 and the screen sensory is no longer working. Is there a simple way to fix this or can I get replacement parts?

I assume you mean the screen lights up and displays correctly, but is unresponsive to touch. Try all of the usual remedies first; reboot, pull battery, cache clear, factory reset, etc. It's possible that a ribbon cable came loose, but the only way to determine this is to open up the phone. See http://www.ifixit.com/Device/Samsung_Galaxy_S_III
If necessary, replacement of the digitizer sensor is not for the faint of heart and the recommended way is to purchase "Samsung Galaxy S3 LCD Display + Digitizer Touch Screen Glass + Frame Assembly" because they are all glued together. Instead I'd recommend calling Samsung and finding out how much their repair charge is.

i sent my wife's phone to samsung after she dropped it. had a broken LCD screen and broken digitizer... samsung charges $135 including shipping and taxes. It was cheaper option compared to local store who would charge around $200. Only bad part with samsung was that it will take them 2 weeks to return your phone as you will be shipping it to TX. Hope you have a replacement phone till then.
Hope this helps.

Hi sjhdesigns,
Ouch! I am sad to hear about what happened to the phone. Do you have insurance? If so, you can file a claim here. http://bit.ly/07CrqPK I hope it all works out.
