We are literally about a mile from the cell tower. It is located at exit 59a on interstate 86. We are in the 18840 area code Wilawana road Saye,PA.
I am only picking up 1 to 2 bars of service. We're is the 4g service? I am not sure but, I think the tower may have been hit with lightning awhile back. The service has been this way for awhile now. Can someone check out the tower?
I'm sorry you're having such troubles with your service/signal in this area, covey24. Let's get this resolved.
When you only have 1-2 bars, do you not get 4G/LTE? Are calls and texts affected as well?
Do you know if others are experiencing the same/similar issues?
