I totally agree that they have absolutely zero skills for customer service or zero cares either. I have the opposite problem though! All I want is to trade my galaxy s21 ultra for an s24ultra WITHOUT having to upgrade to the package you want and I dont need. It's called Unlimited Ultimate.
You need to go to a franchise Verizon store. Guarantee you'll have your plan in 5 minutes flat. Too bad we can't get together! I'll take the phone and you can have the plan that I don't need or want to pay for.
