When I added home internet to my existing mobile service, there was an offer to redeem a free Galaxy Chromebook Go 14" LTE, 32GB valued at $349.99. Today is the first day of my redemption period. When I tried to redeem the offer, I received a message that the item was out of stock. The message indicated that I could select something else and directed me to the Samsung site, however, I don't see any offers by Version and there's no way to get a credit of $349.99 applied that I can see. How do I redeem an offer that isn't available?
