Trying to Extract Messages to file. Can see in Cloud accounton phone, but not on desktop Verizon Cloud account

Hello. I'm trying to extract my saved Messages from my Cloud Account to a saveable file. I can see them in my Connections drop down in Cloud on my phone, but not on my desktop when looged into my Cloud account.
