UPS delivery personnel are obviously stealing phones. Looking through the copious number of complaints this is painfully obvious. I like so many others ordered a phone. Received confirmation of delivery FROM UPS and am now looking forward to a prolonged process of trying to get credited back the amount for the phone from verizon and apparently UPS being able to do nothing about it. Yes I have filed a UPS claim. So, that should be fun. I have also DM'd the verizon support account about the matter. I suppose, as always, I'll have to go to a verizon store where they will inevitably tell me I need to contact support and the games will begin.
