I am having an issue calling my Frontier FIOS telephone number from any phone on my account. I can receive a call from that number but cannot dial the number directly. I tried using Google Voice and had no problems but when I try to dial the number I get a message saying "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. The number that you are trying reach cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again." I’ve tried dialing the 7-digit, 10 digit and 11-digit number all with the same result. I looked through the forums and online and it appears to be an issue with Verizon Wireless and VOIP numbers. I know that Frontier just took over Verizon FIOS in my area and wonder if that’s an issue. Can anyone please help?
