Unable to get a transfer pin

So I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. I want to switch carriers. I have been trying for hours to get the transfer pin. I have the link. I have the #port. I've tried both. I've tried in the Verizon app and the browser. It takes me in circles. I click generate pin and it says error. Then I get a text that I created a pin. NO I DIDNT. There was no pin. Then it started saying I had too many tries and try later. This is awful. After being a good customer for a very long time it's not right. When I called the #port, it popped up click allow or not and I clicked allow, it takes me to the same place and says ERROR. I just want to switch my two lines to another carrier.
