Unable to open video attachments

I recently got the Samsung Galaxy S5. I am now unable to open video attachements (.mov) from I-phone users that were previously no problem on my Droid. Do I need to change settings or download an additional app?

I'm sorry you're having issues with opening video attachments hmeyer1015. When did the problem start? Have you had any software updates on your phone? Are you receiving an error message?

The message I get is "No app can open this attachment for viewing". I have only had this phone for just over a month and have not updated any of the software. This has been an issue since I got the phone.

Thank you for the information, hmeyer1015! Does this happen with every picture message? Are you able to send picture messages to these users? Have you tried to delete the text messgae thread and trying again? Also are you using the native text message application? Share details so that I can help!
