Unable to receive Voicemails Error Code 9007

Not receiving voicemails. Receive Error Code 9007.  Over a 3.5 hour period I was on the phone with 3 different VZW Support people. After a period of failed diagnostics I was told to restart my phone and I would be called back. NEVER HAPPENED! Received no call back and had to call VZW again and start all over. Finally gave up for the night. Still no Voicemails.

Is there anyone in this Company or Community who can help???

VZW Tech Support contacted me via Twitter and helped me resolve the issue in all of 15 minutes.

Instructed me to delete both the Cache and Storage.

Once I opened the App again all the VMs were gone, however they immediately downloaded all the VMs from their Server.

ISSUE RESOLVED!

I just don't fully understand why three different people with multiple transfers over a n almost 4 hour period of time couldn't help me. I think I really do know the answer to that question.

We're sorry to read that you're still having issues with your voicemail. Do you call or use the app to access your voicemail? ~Peter
