I have a Samsung S21 Ultra and my brother has a Samsung S21.
He can send images to me.
He cannot receive images from me or my son, who is on a Samsung Note 8.
He receives images from other people.
We can send images to other people.
But when sending to him, I get an error "sending failed".

It would be best if we check the provisioning on of your line on your account to see if there is anything blocking you at this point. Also, may I ask does your brother have Verizon or a different provider? I have sent you a Private Note for additional assistance.
