I am having problems with texting. I can make phone calls and use the internet. I can not send or receive text messages. It worked earlier today but stopped around 12pm. I thought it was the storm but I guess I was wrong. Any help would be appreciated since customers service in person is a nightmare with all the adjustments because of covid 19.
We definitely want to make sure you are able to text. What texting application are you using? Have you turned your device off and on again? Have you tried turning Wi-fi off to see if there is any difference?
