Hi, I have been using Spectrum/Verizon for the past few months with no issues. A few weeks ago I started having issues with people I was replying to saying they weren't receiving my texts even though I received no error message saying that they didn't go through. I am able to receive text fine, and I can even send MMS messages and make calls just fine. No problem with accessing the internet over mobile data either.
I have contacted Spectrum about this issue and they tried to help me troubleshoot it but were not able to help me. They sent me a new sim card, had me reset my network settings, and I even factory reset my phone but none of it worked. I'm out of ideas as to what the issue may be. Any help would be appreciated.
Also don't know if this is related but my visual voicemail has also stopped working.

Hello, sweety811. My apologies to hear of the issues with the texting option on your phone. Help is here. Just to confirm, Spectrum uses our towers for mobile service. Do you currently have Spectrum as your provider or Verizon?
