My mom got a new house that doesn't have wifi so we've been using our data. We normally have 10gb to share but we ran out so we got the gounlimited plan. Her phone uses data fine but mine still says it is limited. We've looked through our "my verizon" app and it says we have unlimited but I can't get mine to work. I've tried pulling out the Sim card, turning off my phone. Anything I could think of but nothing is working.
How does your phone say it's "limited"? Where is this at? Anyway Go Unlimited data can be deprioritzed any time there is congestion.
