Update issue

I need to know if my device is locked and why am not getting new version of update i am so far behind in updates I use a Samsung s23 and I will like to know if I should return this as quickly as possible.

It is always good to stay on top of the updates for your device, we'll be glad to help. In this case, all phones purchased from us are unlocked after 60 days of being active with the Verizon service. Updates are provided directly from the manufacturer, and are rolled out as soon as they become available from them. If you have any other quesitons, we are here to help.
