I opened up a verizon account less than 2 months ago. I do not like my s23. I'd rather a s21 ultra, I went to the Verizon Corp store within 14 days to change my s23 for something else, and was sent away by a verizon worker who said I'd have to get an s24, when I thought before 14 days you can switch to any phone you want

Getting an older or cheaper phone to replace a newer flagship phone is typically not considered an "upgrade". Per someone else's post in another thread, you couldn't just return the phone by paying the $50 restocking fee, and then order whatever other phone you'd like where it isn't related to the return? The store employee was probably just confused.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Hello, Caramcmillen1022. So sorry to hear that your new device isn't living up to your cellular needs. We do have a Worry Free Gurantee but my fear is that you no longer qualify for it since it has been two months. May I ask, what don't you like about the phone?
