Guys,

If I buy my buddys used Galaxy (with 4G of course), will I be able to keep my unlimited data?  I have an iphone now and wouldn't mind trying android out.  But, if I will lose unlimited data, I'm not going to do it.

TIA!

no you wont lose your unlimited data. nothing on your plan will change. just buy it from him the walk to a verizon store and ask for a sim card.

The only way you lose your unlimited data is if you buy a phone that is subsidized at a discounted price, then you'll have to contract their new tier data plan. As long as you buy a used phone or a new one at full retail price, you can keep the unlimited, no matter if you had 3g and are using a 4g phone now.
