Using Keypad during a call

How do you change from the numeric keypad to input letters (ABC) during a call on S4? I occasionally need this when using automated call systems.

Great question! While on call please hit the "keypad" option, then you would select the number that corresponds with the letter that you are looking for. The automated system is set to recognize the number that goes with the letter. Hope this helps.
