I have a low usage, almost brand new quality Verizon's Samsung Note 3, which I recently upgraded for an iPhone X. Until around a month ago I was using the Note 3 without any issues whatsoever. I wanted to use the Note 3 device for my kid. When I key in the IMEI number the device shows "not compatible" for Verizon Prepaid services. Within a month or so, how did this perfectly troublefree Postpaid device become ineligible for Prepaid? Is there something I can do to get prepaid BYOP service activated using my Samsung Note 3?

Note 3 doesn't support HD calling. That's why it can't be activated

Thanks, is there any OEM driver update etc. to make Samsung Note 3 support HD calling?
Also, the list of devices not supported by Verizon does not have Samsung Note 3 in there....

No. If the phone was going to support it it would have by now. I'm not sure which list you are looking at but it's an old phone so mnay that's why it's not on it.
