I purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy S9+, with 2 Otter Box covers and 2 Verizon branded Curved Glass Protectors for Samsung Galaxy S9+. I have installed detailed workings like electronics and these cheap built (expensive cost) covers. I installed the first and thought it was going to work, the next morning it was 75% loose, light heat, light pressure, still DOES NOT FIT. I took the next one to a Company Verizon store in Little Rock, AR and was informed they do not sell "THAT BRAND", it is Verizon Brand, what?!? I ask why they sell many other brands in the store but not their own and was told it was poor fit and quality compared to the other brands. I ask them to install and she did, 90% worse than when I install one of them. I wanted a refund but was laughed at for asking since it had been opened (BY THEM!). I still feel I am due a refund for 2 of these, by Verizon since I spent over 2000.00 on one order.
