My phone stopped working. While I wait for a replacement, I brought my previous phone. This is a Verizon, 4G, Samsung phone. These blockheads at Verizon told me that the Verizon network does not support the phone anymore. It's no wonder everyone hates these people.

Which model is it. If it doesn't support HD calling then no it won't activate. After Dec 31 2019 the only phones that will work on Verizon network are ones that supports VoLTE. Verizon is shutting down CDMA so that spectrum can be put to better use for 4G.
