My text via Verizon not going to T mobile - to no one
Verizon solutions is "call T mobile - Not our problem!"
T mobile say, Verizon has SMS issues !
Over 15 days , No engineering in network care to fix it
Multiple tickets and they don't care to solve the problem
It is always important to stay connected. Is this happening only with one number or different numbers?

I had to reach out to management department to get help as technical department and engineers were not able to help
its now resolved, until the next time. its been happening to me for several time sin ast 5 years

Hello, bp241, sorry to hear you're running into an issue with messages! Are you able to receive messages from TMobile/Metro numbers? Is this affecting multiple numbers? Do calls work okay?
