Have filed a claim on the .19th fell and cracked screen. They said they would come today 1 2 ) 22. They cancelled twice. Have been with been with Verizon almost 20 years. Have been paying for insurance for three lines. First time having to use now they said they can't come out until January. Days of trying to get help both through Verizon and asurion. Totally frustrating. And no results except wait. And lack of concern and we are sorry
Why are you bringing up Verizon? They don't own Asurion. Verizon just uses them like every other carrier. Try the contact us section on Asurion's site.
