Verizon has falsely sent acct to collections. Constantly getting pushed back and forth between departments and the collection agency and goes nowhere. At this point, days have been spent on the phone and no resolution. This is absolutely unacceptable. Verizon has no accountability. Where can I find help?

Wow they sent an account to collections for no reason at all? I think things are really getting bad with verizon if they did this.
