Verizon scammed us

In June 2018 we(my husband and I) switched to Verizon as all our family and friends were on it and got phones through Buy One Get One Free (BOGO). In August I had to seitch accounts because we added more people and wanted to switch to unlimited family plan. That in itself was a torture and took me 2 months of continuous phone calls. When I finally did switch my BOGO promotion ended although I specifically had asked the customer rep and was assured it would still apply. I WAS LIED TO and have been wasting my time with TERRIBLE Verizon customer service for past 2 years with no help. My family and I (total 11 customers) are leaving Verizon because of being lied to.
