In June 2018 we(my husband and I) switched to Verizon as all our family and friends were on it and got phones through Buy One Get One Free (BOGO). In August I had to switch accounts because we added more people and wanted to switch to unlimited family plan. That in itself was a torture and took me 2 months of continuous phone calls. When I finally did switch my BOGO promotion ended although I specifically had asked the customer rep and was assured it would still apply. I WAS LIED TO and have been wasting my time with TERRIBLE Verizon customer service for past 2 years with no help. My family and I (total 11 customers) are leaving Verizon because of being lied to.

Any inquiries after 6 months are no longer valid according to the customer agreement. Also it sounds like you are aware that the promotion wasn't valid and you can look at the website to see what promotions are going on.rather than complaining about something that happened two years ago maybe you should get a better job. Before you say something stupid again read your customer agreement https://www.verizon.com/legal/notices/customer-agreement/?intcmp=vzwdom

Promotions are tied to the account you signed up for. People don't typically hop from account to account within 2-4 months.
