I just switched from ATT to Verizon because I was told Verizon had better coverage in Ridgeland SC. I was wrong to have switched. Have a brand new Samsung S23 and have spotty 5G just outside of town and 4G is poor strength. Getting 25M download and not even 1M upload speed. I know this is a small town, but downtown area does not even have any 5G signal at all. Spent over 2 hours in the Verizon store thinking this was going to be a good change. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your service. We have a great troubleshooting assistant that can help you get your service to where it should be. Here's a link to the assistant: https://www.verizon.com/support/samsung-galaxy-s23-troubleshooting/ We recommend using the "Connection issues; fluctuating signal: option. Please try it out and let us know how it goes.
