My Husband and I are on the exact same plan. We are billed together. We have the same unlimited data. We even have the exact same Samsung s24 ultra in the purple color. we use the same messaging app and the same default phone calling app, but I can video call and my husband does not even have the option to turn it on in his settings. no toggle, not even a setting saying video calls. what is wrong?

If your husband's S24 is the factory unlocked version and not a Verizon model, the OEM unlocked version of this phone does not have video calling built into the native software. The Verizon version from what I've read elsewhere in these forums has an extra chip installed, giving it the feature.
