Greetings,
I have a Galaxy Fold 5, which I successfully setup. A few days later, I added visual voicemail to my account. It worked the first few days, and not only can I no longer, "see" my voicemail, but also fail to get a notification.
The only reason I know I have any pending VMs is because my phone icon logged a call (versus the VM icon).
I tired, "refresh" while in the VM screen (upper right hand ellipse). Nothing. I also made sure verizon is my, "access point."
Like others, I have to manually retrieve VMs now, which greatly upsets me because I switched carriers to verizon because historically this feature used to work.
What happened verizon software supervisors? Who is working this issue? ---and why can't the helpline techs fix either?
