Samsung S22 ultra
I have seen many others having this issue. I get no notifications that someone left a message. I can't delete messages because it states downloading messages. The only way to fix it is weekly to clear the cache and data. This is very troublesome as I use this phone for work.

For Voicemail notifications on your Samsung S22 Ultra, please check your Settings under Messages, Calls, or Voicemail, and make sure your voicemail notifications are set correctly under the Notifications section. Can you tap the notification settings to change them? How do you deck your voicemails, by calling or using an app on your device?
