Visual Voicemail Will Not Connect on my samsung s23 plus.
After hours upon hours of wasting my time with customer service no solutions worked.
even after sending me a new phone still visual voicemail will not work and connect.
we restarted reset connections cache data everything possible.
anyone else have this issue?
anyone have any solutions i could try?

bytor1969, we definitely want your voicemail to work as it should. We are aware that some Samsung customers are having visual voicemail issues. This is caused by the settings for your battery. Please try the steps below:
1. Settings > Apps > Voicemail > Battery > Unrestricted
2. Longpress the Voicemail App > tap the App info Icon (i) in the upper right corner > Battery > Unrestricted

I did that battery setting and still doesn't work! This is very frustrating! I use this phone as part of my business when I miss voice mails I'm losing business!
This situation needs to addressed please.

I have contacted your customer service no one responds. Horrible service! I have wasted way too many hours of my life on this . Verizon is in capable of fixing this issue. I'll be leaving Verizon in the future.

again sent a DM and again no response form the customer service from verizon!
