Visual Voicemail inop on a s22 Ultra

My s20 Ultra died from a fatal sun exposure so I purchased a new unlocked s22 Ultra from Amazon, all was well except for no Visual Voicemail.  Went round and round with Verizon Customer service and then tech over several days, finally was informed I needed a VERIZON s22 Ultra for it to work.  So I sent back the 1st one and received the Verizon unlocked phone and tada, no Visual Voicemail.  Not happy at all.  Basically told to get the right phone and NOT fixed.  Just attempted to put in a addition to my original help ticket and the system locked up on me ( desktop account access).  I'm getting pretty fed up with the run around and I see here I'm not the only one.  May end up taking my business elsewhere.
