Visual voicemail not working after switching carriers

I'm having thisl issue, and I'm on the S22+. On the website, it lists visual voicemail as "not compatible" when another device on the same account is listed as "active." I have tried calling Verizon, stooped in at the store and other steps myself. Store told me because the device is not original verizon but unlocked,, it will not work. Badges don't even work. This is very annoying and should have been mentioned before I transferred to Verizon. You are promising services that you are not delivering.
