Since the latest software update on my Samsung s9, I have no preview of my visual voicemail. If I open each voicemail it will show me the text and play it back. I use to be able to see a 3 line preview. But it is gone. Anyone have this problem or a remedy?

This is happening to me too. The look and feel of the visual voicemail has changed, and there are no previews anymore. This is so frustrating! How can I get them back?
The new UI also makes it hard to tell which voicemails have been opened and which are new. It's just generally not an improvement.
Is there any way to go back to the previous version?

@knassi, Convenience is key, especially when it comes to voicemail. I want to get a better feel of your problem. Can you supply me with a screenshot of your current Visual Voicemail? Are you using the standard Voicemail app that comes preinstalled? Software wise, there are no methods for reverting back to the original update.
