When I dial voice-mail (*86) I get a busy signal; and it doesn't matter if I use the keypad or speed-dial or the voice-mail icon. I cannot access my messages; I can't even tell if there are any messages. I recently upgraded my son to a Galaxy S3 and inherited his old Samsung Facinate and we both have the same problem. Any suggestions??
Can you get to your voice mail by dialing your number?
There may be a glitch since you've switched phones; you might want to contact Customer Service and see if they need to reset your voice mail.
