Which phone model do you have? Was this after an update?

Hi Ann, I have the Samsung 5 and not sure when the last update was.  I am not very tech savvy.  I am upset because I had at least 10 messages saved of people in my life that are now deceased.

The last update reflects March 11, 2016 as the last update.  My voicemail and messages were still there two weeks ago?

The Galaxy S5 or the Galaxy Note 5? Are you using the basic voicemail system or the Visual Voicemail system?

Whenever I hit *86 I get prompted to continue in English hit 1 and cancel out...normally it would take me right to hear my voicemails.  What happened???

My voicemail message which was me speaking from 25 years ago is gone, no voicemail is set-up and I have not reset it and all voice messages appear gone?

Appreciate this info 13hulahoop. Let's do all we can to get your acclimated with your messages. If you open up your apps, go to the Verizon Apps folder > Choose Visual Voicemail > Do you old saved messages appear there?
