my voicemail will not answer, just rings and rings when you call my phone. someone will call in, and not get an option to leave a message or any description of any error, just disconnects. you cant even tell its disconnected except for the ringing stops. i havent made any changes and it worked recently..

Hello KULJEY, being on top of your Voicemail feature is vital, especially if you are missing it. When did the issue start? What happens when you try to access the Voicemail (by dialing *86 or through the Voicemail Icon)? Aside from the Voicemail, any other problems (calls/texts/data)?
