Voicemails show month and time but no date. Sometimes voicemails show up days late or not at all. When I tap "phone" then " recent" then click on the recent call there will be a voicemail symbol and a item that says something like "Voicemail, 0 minutes 38 seconds". However, this voicemail never shows up when I open Voicemail. I have a Samsung Note 20 5G.
We're sorry to hear that your voicemails aren't showing. Please follow these steps that'll help take care of this for you:
1. Settings > Apps > Voicemail > Battery > Unrestricted
2. Longpress the Voicemail App > tap the App info Icon (i) in the upper right corner > Battery > Unrestricted
My settings already have unrestricted battery for voicemail. Most but not all don't show a date, just month, and sometimes they show up late. My Verizon default vm app is version 17.1.00.38. Using Samsung S22.
