Ever since I have done the most recent software update on my SG5 now my FB messenger app always says " Waiting for Network " even though I have a strong WiFi connection. So I never know if I have a message until I go into the app and wait for it to "connect" . I have cleared out my cached data, and restarted my phone. What can I do to solve this problem?
Have you updated the Facebook app after the update? Also I would try settings - applications - application manager - then the facebook app tap and see if the cache cleared out of it.
I am having this issue now... Did you ever find a way to solve it? Because the Verizon agents over the phone are completely useless
