Or just offering bad service by ZIP 37323? being 3 weeks with very bad service in my area, used to get 4G LTE and now keep showing 3G or 1x....which is less than 2G
Of course, the bills just getting higher while the service is getting poor
Have you tried resetting your network settings? and I'm guessing you've already attempted reboots....
have you checked to see if Verizon reported any outage or construction or anything of such around your area?
One thing you could also do is submit an error report to Samsung Members app when the connection drops or disconnects completely. This will at the very least confirm it's not a device issue
also, would you mind sharing your device's model number and the software version?
