What can I do with my new phone it doesn't come in anywhere

I just bought a samsung Nexus, and I don't get a signal hardly anywere. So what do I do with this new so called sweet phone that I can't even make calls with it. I have spent more time trying to make and recieve calls then I have done anything else with it. I haven't been able to enjoy the rest of the phone cuz, of it. and now I can't return it, tried 2 days after I got it and they talked me out of returning it. It would have costed more for a reg. flip phone  it i did.  This is wrong that I am stuck with a phone that does'nt work. And the trade in value is less then 60.00 bucks.

Since you , "Just Purchased" the device,  take it back, ya have 14 days to do so and choose another device

I took it back 2 days after I bought it.and I was talked out of getting just a reg. phone and then I went to take it back again and I missed it by 1 day for returning it. Now the sale guy should have told me to get the same phone as my husband and he shouldnt of talked me out of returning it in the first place. The only thing this phone is good for is taking picture's I have to get another one to make calls. this (deleted content to comply with VZW ToS)

  I'm sorry, but you let yourself get talked about of doing what you wanted to do. You should have stuck to your guns and returned it when you wanted to. The other thing to do is to have your husband fix the problem as he helped talk you out of it.

I agree with Droid Usrr with an additional step.

Since your husband was so helpful in talking you out of returning the phone, maybe he should switch phones with you. That way HE is using the phone you didn't want and YOU get a phone which I hope gets a signal.

I think she said the rep should have sold her the phone her husband has since it gets a signal. How the rep know, what phone he has, or if it gets a signal???  As for being a day late in returning, the poster needs to follow the rules set by VZW.

Monalisa1717, I can understand how disheartening it can be to get new device and not be able to use it. We can get this resolved for you! What is your zip code? Have you installed any apps? Have they affected your phone adversely? Have you tried to run the phone in safe mode? If not, try this:http://bit.ly/V9ct15 and retest the calls. ^SP
