My phone will not work unless its on the charger, if it is off, or I click on apps or the camera it will shut off completely, boot to the Galaxy Note 4 black screen and then constantly restart. I have been advised its probably internal issues. I have a replacement coming, but it will not be here til Tuesday and I NEED to get it to at least function until in the mean time. We have factory reset it. Any help is appreciated.

Angialex, I am sorry to learn that you are having the same exact issue. We never want to have our customers without a working phone. I would be pretty frustrated if this happened to me. Has anything been recently updated or installed on the phone lately?

My phone does the same thing since I upgraded to lollipop my starts at 35% then shut off and on

I know you are trying to help us....but after a week of 5 different
customer service reps...you guys can't fix the problem. It's not the
battery, not an app or update. It's the phone.
Contact SAMSUNG directly and have them repair. If enough of us do that
SAMSUNG will make sure it doesn't happen to others.
It's under warranty....not your insurance...but covered by warranty!!

My phone does the same thing. They sent me a refurbished replacement, which I could not even set up because when the battery was installed to the "new" phone did the exact same thing. They offered to get me a battery too, but apparently good ol' Verizon doesn't have anymore. So, I'm pretty much stuck with a landline again. Thanks SOOO much Verizon Wireless!
