What version of 4.3 is the issue

What version of 4.3  is causing the issues

Both these are listed as 4.3  the last one with link is what is listed on Verizon site

I am getting an S4 and i don't want to take a flawed update ?

curious as to what this software would find it is manufacturer backup and repair and update software
