I am using a note 9. I am trying to connect to the hotspot. I can connect but my computer but it says I don't have the internet. Help, please
JOADAY85, I use my hotspot a lot so I understand the importance of being able to connect your computer. Let's work to get to the bottom of this. I want you to start by restarting your device. Are you having issues accessing the internet when you connect other devices to your hotspot? Have you noticed a difference since restarting your device? If so please explain?
