No, it doesn't just happen when I'm in my home.  It happened when I'm on my patio, when I'm in my car, when I'm driving through full-coverage areas, when I set my phone on my lap, when I put my phone in my pocket...  basically, it happens all.  The.  Time. 

As I mentioned, this happened around April/May when the updates came out. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY BEHAVIOR OR THE PHONE.  It is either your piss poor Kitkat image, or your terrible XLTE rollout.

FIX IT!

I agree there needs to be some updates coming to fix the many issue's in hand as too prolonging them out any further..
