Why is it so hard to send pics to a computer or another phone? So many times i send a pic and I check staus and it says pending and says will send when service is available. I never had this problem with my EnV Touch or wifes samsung Rogue, they sent right now. I have tried using 3g and WiFi both with full signals. Any help please because this is so annoying

Step 2 – Update the device

- Press option 1 once the automated recording prompts
- Wait approximately 45 seconds for programming to complete

Step 3 – Relocate the device (something in the immediate area could be causing a signal interference).

Step 4 – Test the data connection by browsing the web on the device. *To see if it is consistent.

Step 5 – Ensure the message is being sent correctly (various steps below)

Step 6 – Clear messaging data / cache

Step 7 – Place the device into Safe mode and try. Safe mode is a method that allows the device to run without non-essential applications. This is beneficial for troubleshooting 3rd party applications. If it works fine in Safe mode, there may be a application that is not native to the device that is causing the problem (e.g. another messaging application, Task Killer, etc.)

Safe mode instruction.
